Software testing
Software testing is exacting, detail oriented work. If your developers are testing their own code, you are missing an opportunity to improve quality and reduce costs. A good tester can cost even more per hour than a developer, but the improvement in productivity will more than offset the increased rate. We encourage our most experienced developers to try their skills at testing before they become analysts.
