To get started we'll do a quick review of the major aspects of your project including all of the following:

Then we'll give your project a different look than you may have used so far. We'll assess the safety margins built into individual task estimates. If it is warranted we'll redistribute these margins and recalculate the critical path. We'll also look at resources your project is sharing with the rest of the organization. Once our analysis is completed you'll know where you stand and what you need to do.
