If your print vendor can provide a web optimized Adobe pdf file, use the upload capability to publish as is. If you opt to forego the printer, you can build your newsletter directly online or use the included CityDesk demo software package as an offline news authoring and publishing system.

In addition to a traditional newsletter the News Headline scroller on the homepage lets you easily publicize special offers and events. Any number of messages may be added to the scroller and news is date sensitive. Once you set it up, forget about it. It will drop off the site on the expiration date you picked.

Top off your communications with email updates to the entire membership or selected portions. You'll find members really appreciate these email messages. Emails can include easy links back to the club site for more details or to sign up for the listed events.
